People

Nothing works without people. The word "people" as we express, refers to all involved parties in the life time of a project: The customers, our skilled teams of programmers, project managers, system analysts, QA, testers and others. People are the starting and ending points of all projects.

Communication - This is the most important element in our service chain. Intechno is a good example of break-through in communication barrier between China's Outsourcing and international clients as well as partners. We believe that project success is mostly bound to people; people are bonded by a means of communication. Contract and Confidentiality - The standard agreement between the client and the vendor to ensure that al parties appropriately play their parts under the provisions of the law. China's standard outsourcing contract emphasizes on confidentiality as is an important element in any professional relationship. We ensure that all interactions, requirement inputs, components of the project lifetime (Architecture, source codes, documentation) are kept confidential and only accessed by the respective client. Intellectual property is a major concern in our dealings with customers.

Clarification & Commencement - This is a crucial stage of our interactivity with client during our requirement analysis stage to clarify the business and system objectives of the project. To assure success and quality, requirements are clarified with the use of visual architecture and prototypes. We understand that clients may not always express their complete thoughts on what they actually want. As a way to break through this psychological barrier, we offer options to clients on most suitable suggestions on technologies, platform, functional modules, business compatibility and security features.
For technically competent clients, we clarify their requirements with prototype designs and architecture. We thoroughly clarify requirements so as to avoid the risk of creeping requirements during the coding stage of the project. After this clarification, project fully commences on a quality assurance framework.

Methodology

Requirement Analysis

This stage is very important in off shoring as the service chain lacks business analysis in Asia. The ultimate goal here is to understand both the business of the client and expressed requirements, marry both if they match, then plan the application logic, architecture and Quality control based on the balance of business process and requirements expressed. This stage includes:

  • Logic Design and Application Architecture
  • Prototyping
  • NT (Navigational testing)
  • URD (User Requirement Documentation)

Planning and Design:

This is the actual creation of working modules from evolutionary prototypes for the application in question. During the planning phase, the team plans the project development and makes project requirements more specific, which leads to a high-level software design specification. The end of the phase is marked by the approval of the project plan by the customer. Our design phase further includes low-level component and algorithm modeling.

Implementation

During the developing phase, the team moves from project planning to the actual project implementation. The focus here is to implement the design specifications in a most efficient and effective way. Testing

During the testing phase, the team conducts integration tests against integration test cases set forth during the design phase. Evaluation

Before delivery is made, there has to be third party evaluation on the general feel of the software. This evaluation excludes security features but is to test the market value of the system and balance the average ROI. This evaluation stage is a continuation of a positive effect of our intensive requirement analysis as the outsourcing chain excludes extensive business analysis. These stages are to ensure quality and global standards.

Package & Delivery

This stage is the final delivery of package to client. We achieve this over secure FTP, IP systems while delivering every source code along with the main software. This stage also allows for client testing depending on the nature of application.
